At the heart of Amour—quite literally—rests a naturally heart-shaped seed pod, its organic curves echoing the emotional pulse of the piece. Encased in a dramatic black and gold oval frame, the pod is adorned with looping brass wire tendrils, as if love’s feelings are both branching out and binding in. Around it, dried red petals, watch parts, and sculptural flourishes create a sensual atmosphere steeped in symbolism: love as nature, artifice, memory, and entanglement. This is a reliquary for the emotional body.
