Forest stillness meets mechanical navigation. A lens and compass hint at orientation, while obscured imagery blurs the line between path and memory, silence and sound.

Crickets is an exploration of orientation, perception, and serenity nestled deep in a dreamlike forest. A disjointed yet connected view of lush vegetation, a reflective boat image obscured behind textured glass, and a compass perched next to a mechanical lens suggest a quiet search for meaning. The layered landscape invites both the literal and metaphoric traveler to pause, listen, and become still—like the lull between insect calls on a humid night.
