Carburetions #1 presents a salvaged carburetor transformed into a contemplative mechanical form. Gears, valves, and glass elements are exposed and recontextualized, shifting the object from functional engine component to sculptural artifact. The work invites close inspection, revealing a dense interplay of precision, wear, and latent motion—an engine paused mid-thought.
