In Climate, mechanisms meet mood. A mechanical lockbox filled with gears, keys, and levers sits adjacent to an image of a towering Victorian house, engulfed in rising smoke. Above, a chapel-like niche frames a photograph of lightning—nature’s raw energy frozen in a window of memory or warning. The piece suggests a brewing internal storm, a coded tension between architecture and atmosphere, machinery and emotion. What protects us may also trap us.
