A whimsical guardian of forest lore, Mr. Owl is assembled from a charismatic blend of natural and mechanical elements. Framed by layered wood and crowned with mushroom caps and mesh-covered eyes, the piece evokes a playful spirit and quiet wisdom. His body, formed from ornate wooden hardware, sprouts "wings" of magnolia seed pods and curled botanical forms, while dried florals and found greenery add texture and vitality. Brass feet peek out from the bottom, grounding him in fantasy. At once curious, comical, and composed, Mr. Owl invites the viewer to reconsider the animate potential of forgotten things.
