Combining an engraved dial with a botanical seed pod, No Question captures a moment of quiet conviction—where nature and mechanism assert a calm, unwavering truth.

Materials List:

  • Vintage camera or machine dial

  • Natural seed pod (rose-shaped pine cone)

  • Polished metal disc with engraved numbers

  • Deep-set shadow box with black-painted backing

  • Found wood frame (natural finish)

At the center of No Question lies a visual contradiction: the organic delicacy of a seed pod perfectly placed over the rigid order of a metal dial. It suggests a statement, not an inquiry—something resolved and rooted. The simplicity of composition invites stillness, while the convergence of natural and mechanical elements evokes themes of permanence, precision, and quiet conviction.
