Silent Storm
17” x 11” x 1”
On display and available for purchase at Maine Art Collective, 9 Moulton St., Portland, ME
Energy coils in Silent Storm, where wire and copper stretch like roots across a field of tectonic color. Both schematic and organic, the piece hums with tension—electric, emotional, and elemental. A storm not yet unleashed, but already shaping the ground beneath it.

This kinetic assemblage pulses with invisible force. At its center, a sculptural burst of black wire fans upward and downward, like tree roots or storm tendrils caught mid-flash. Copper terminals anchor the form, while a backdrop of layered earth tones and swirling textures suggests turbulent energy just beneath the surface. A vintage wooden ruler stands sentinel at the edge—measuring nothing, yet implying control. In Silent Storm, the power is latent, precise, and unspoken.
